DIRECTIONS TO THE ALEXANDRIA SITE.

The Alexandria Public School Rowing Facility is a blue building located on the Potomac, at the end of Madison Street in Old Town Alexandria. There is limited parking in front of the boathouse as well as on-street parking in the area.

Directions from Washington D.C.:  Take the George Washington Parkway south to Old Town, Alexandria.  Turn left at Madison Street.  Proceed six blocks to the end of Madison. 

Directions from Virginia (Beltway I-95/495): Take Exit 1B (north route 1) to Old Town (route 1 becomes Patrick Street); proceed 14 blocks to Madison Street and turn right.  Take Madison Street 9 blocks until it dead ends at the boathouse.
